Description and outcomes:

The meeting was the first one from six Transnational Project Meetings planned to take place throughout the project. Its main aim was for all partners to meet in order to discuss all organizational matters related to the project and warm up before its implementation. First of all, coordinator of the project made an introduction, clearing up what was agreed on during project applictaion’s preparation. Second of all, financial issues were discussed. Financial managers representing University of Economics in Katowice presented all financial requirements, obligations and dealdines to which every participating institution have to comply to. Uniform samples of meeting minutes and monthly timesheets were agreed on. Next issues which needed to be discussed were: organizational structure, management of the project and both internal and external dissemination strategy. All partners actively took part in discussion and accepted the plans, tasks and deadlines which were divided between particular participants.
